Processing time
Orders are prepared within [1–3 business days]. Our chai concentrate is brewed fresh in small batches, so some orders may take a little longer during busy weeks. You'll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

Shipping options
We ship within the United States via UPS Ground and UPS Ground Saver. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your address and order weight.

Free local pickup
Spokane-area customers can choose free pickup at checkout. Pick up at our drive-thru, 4102 S Bowdish Rd, Spokane Valley, WA 99206, during open hours (Mon–Fri 6am–5pm, Sat–Sun 7am–4pm). We'll email you when your order is ready.

Perishable items
Our chai concentrates are fresh-brewed with no preservatives. Please refrigerate them as soon as they arrive and use them by the "Enjoy by" date on the label. Glass bottles are packed with care. If anything arrives damaged, email us a photo within [48 hours] of delivery and we'll make it right.

Incorrect addresses and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If your tracking shows delivered but you can't find your package, contact us at allie@mandalachaico.com and we'll help.
