Refund Policy

We want you to love every cup. If something isn't right with your order, we'll make it right.

Chai concentrates
Our chai concentrates are fresh-brewed, perishable and made without preservatives, so we can't accept returns once they've left our hands. If your concentrate arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, email us a photo within 48 hours of delivery or pickup and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Coffee and Golden Milk Spices
Unopened coffee and Golden Milk Spices can be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be unopened and in their original packaging. To start a return, email us with your order number. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or incorrect items
If any item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email a photo within 48 hours of delivery or pickup. We'll replace it or refund you in full, including any shipping costs.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear.

Wholesale and distributor orders
Wholesale and distributor orders follow the same damaged or incorrect item process above. For anything else, contact us directly.
